The S&P finished 2025 up 16% as the three year unabated bull market continues, Warren Buffett is officially retired, dealmaking topped $4 trillion in 2025, Starbucks no longer wants to have stores on every street and if you’re looking for a new job you should try looking on dating apps.

Mortgage Rate Update

The average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage fell again week over week and is at its lowest levels in almost two years. Once we get below 6%, the industry can expect to see an uptick in buyers hitting the market place and sellers who were frozen due to their lower interest rate start exploring listing their homes.
